    Blu Ray Streaming questions

You can stream only certain titles to the Ps3 (AVC and MPEG2 titles that have a dolby audio stream of some kind-PS3 can't see VC-1 video or do DTS audio). You must use either tsremux or tsmuxer to keep only the main movie video stream and the doby digital audio stream. If it has a dolby true...

    Rambo IV

A much simpler way is to use bdedit.exe (at least for those of us that hate command prompts). Follow the steps outlined on the forums page (I don't remember who wrote it, but the process works great). Make sure you get the most recent versions of both bdedit and tsmuxer. Once you find the...

    Rambo Blu Ray Error

I am using the newest beta version and basically the disc is shutting down anydvd (this is the US version of Rambo-released today 5/27). I get a windows error box stating that anydvd has to shut down and I can't get any information about the disc (that is now, the first time I tried it I got...

    Ripping a Blu-ray on tvix m-7000a

It works fine, but you won't have any menu capabilities that the disc has-you will just have the individual files, and subtitles will have to be external, which I still haven't figured out how to work well. But I play blu ray rips through my Tvix 6500 all the time (all codecs-AVC, VC-1, MPEG2).

Blu Ray Rips Streamable to Pioneer Home Media Gallery?

Does anyone have a Pioneer plasma model out there that is able to stream their blu ray rips to their Pioneer with the Home Media Gallery? I noticed on one of the threads that the top end pioneer blu ray player is able to do it, but what about the plasma tv's themselves that have the Home Media...

Before the Devil Knows You're Dead Problems?

I trid to rip my copy of Before the Devil Knows You're Dead and I get to 52% and get an error message. I have had this message before with older discs, but never with a brand new disc. Has anyone else had any difficulties? By the way, I haven't played the disc all the way through yet.

Any way to transfer and watch rips on my PS3?

You could stream the video if it is avc (which transformers is), but the audio is the problem. To my knowledge, hd dvd audio specifications don' correspond to blu ray specs. So, to my knowledge you could use eac3to to demux the audio stream you want and put that on a cd or something and sync...

Any way to transfer and watch rips on my PS3?

You can stream it if the codec is AVC or MPEG2, but audio must be dolby digital, not DTS or HD audio streams. I use tversity to stream to the PS3. You must use tsremux or tsmuxer to keep only the video stream and the one audio stream/keep the core dolby digital stream if there is only a truehd...

Need Help with joining seamless branching discs

I first joined Walk Hard using tsspliter and used tsremux 2.0 and the audio and video started to go out of sync at the end of the first "joint", and I then used just the newest version of tsmuxer and everything looks good so far (15 minutes in). How far has anyone else gotten with Walk Hard...

    Walk Hard File Order??

This is the version I used, so I am at a loss. Any suggestions? By the way, I have not changed any default settings in tsmuxer, should I set the framerate manually to 23.97, ect?

    Walk Hard File Order??

I streamed the joined files together and what I get after demuxing the joined file with tsmuxer, and then running it through tsremux to turn the truehd track into just DD is a somewhat playable file-at points it "speeds up" when streamed to my PS3. I will try some other processes, but if anyone...

    Walk Hard File Order??

If I remember correctly I used the 0001 playlist which contained 42 individual files and they were in order (0000-0041). I haven't gotten a chance to play the file back yet and see if it works, but I will give it a shot tonight and report back.

    Walk Hard File Order??

I have ripped Walk Hard Blu Ray and am trying to figure out the file order with BDedit, but am coming up with 2 "files" that have the same number of pieces-0001 and 0002. This can't be correct since the theatrical version is 30 minutes shorter. Anyone know what's up?

    blu ray and ps3

First, no blu rays can simply be made by copying and pasting to the Ps3 drive. I stream many of my blu ray rips to my PS3 usin tversity, but you must use a program like tsremux or tsmuxer to strip out just the dolby digital audio stream and the video stream. And the PS3 will only accept AVC...

Playing ripped blu-ray movie with PS3 hard drive

You must first use tsremux oe tsmuxer to strip out just the video, and dolby audio track (if available). You can then use wmp 11 or tversity (which I use) and stream the movie over your wired Lan to your PS3. The Ps3 will only accept a dolby digital audio stream and it will not accept a blu...

    Blu-ray over Network

With the two media streamers you have, you might be able to stream blu ray titles that use the mpeg2 codec, but probably not those that use VC-1 or AVC codecs. I use my PS3 to stream AVC and MPEG2 titles, and use my Tvix 6500 to stream VC-1 titles. The Tvix can handle pretty much all titles...
