    Ok, I thought a Japanese staff translate and report it to R&D... Anyway, here is the situation. The file(s) recorded in certain channel (NHK) by Blu-ray recorder which have 5.1ch surround is ripped always into 2ch stereo. I attached the log file. Could R&D take a look and fix it ASAP? Thank you.

    Strange behavior Hi James, Thank you for the update. It's getting better. I had 3 titles and deleted the 1st one. I can play back, make image and ripping on the 2nd title. But somehow, the 3rd one, I can rip but any SW player (such as WinDVD, VLC...) cannot...

    Still have problem. Hi, Thank you for your quick work. But still have problem to extract. I can play the file on the BD-RE but cannot make image, nor ripping. It reply "the disk is not ready". (In Japanese) Pls find the attachment log. Regards, YOKKUN
