I have been able to copy Paul Blart, but it will not write. It gets to 11% and then stops, What's the cure?

Will this fix the problem I'm having copying Changling? Changling when copied at about 20 minutes in starts coming aprt, skipping and then stopping all together. There are no scratches on the original DVD what so ever, but every time I make a copy the same thing happens. Whats up?

Right now I'm using Surething Cd label maker deluxe 5 and for some reason the labels don't print in the middle anymore. I always have to adjust the scaned or downloaded label to print in some where near the middle. Any suggestions? Maybe a better label program?
