I had already filed that "Contact Us" & I just heard from Jill at RedFox that the email address had been changed yet it still shows the old one in my "Information", I guess it will until the next update?

Originally Slysoft but I already went through all the formalities of changing to RedFox. Unfortunately I can't find those emails but I do have the correct RedFox activation file saved to my HDD

How can I change the email my software is registered to? I switched ISP's and have changed my forum email accordingly but not sure how to change the registration details. It's AnyDVD HD lifetime license.

Pity I bought my LTL from SlySoft in 2009, so all I get is a 20% discount, which I can quite understand. I had no idea the outfit had closed although I was begiinning to wonder when my next update would occur. It never occurred to me to come looking and do some research here.....sigh.....LOL

The issue is closed as far as I'm concerned. Sorry I interrupted someone else's thread. First off I only played it on my PC initially and secondly, I haven't asked for more support only some feedback. That would seem to be an effort for some.

The disk although it looked fine, must have been faulty anyway as it seized up a couple of times when I played it, tried my Sony and Oppo BR players. So I'm exchanging it, hopefully for a better quality one. The place I rent them from doesn't always have the best stock. Thanks for the link.

That's what I thought but the disc is brand new and I even washed it after the first reject and cannot see any defects. I'll see if I can exchange it for another copy, thanks for the input. The drive checks out A-1 in tests and has no firmware updates available, so it's very puzzling. This...

I'm getting a similar issue ripping to HDD at exactly 50% - error reading sectors. (Capt. Philips Blu-ray). AnyDVD HD 7.4.7.0. Drive firmware up to date and don't usually have any issues. I would normally use IMGBurn to create the disc. I can produce logs if somneone will tell me at what point...

Thanks. So what is that 'create additional DVD image"? Just an image to play back the movie on the PC or what?

Yes what I'm trying to do is make a DVD copy of the BR movie....and I had completely forgotten that I have ConvertXtoDVD 5 installed...it's now doing it for me. Thanks and sorry for the lack of clarity.

It's been so long since I tried this that I've forgotten everything I did. I have a Blu-Ray movie disk and I want to burn a DVD copy. The "Rip to Image" with it's "Create additional DVD image" option seems to be the right setting, but that DVD image seems to be too big for any media I have...
