Problem solved... uninstall and re installed clone dvd and thoroughly cleaned the disk and it worked. Thanks.

After several restarts and unplugging the dvd-rom I think I got it to work. Does someone have a 8.1.3.0 version. the new one seems to have a lot of issues. Even installing it, it hung up and had issues. Can someone please send me the last version of anydvd because it worked fine for me.

Is anyone having any problems copying "The Blackcoat's Daugther"? It is a new movie from Lionsgate. I know how lionsgate is always adding new copyright protection. I can't even get anydvd to see it, nevermind an error log. Any ideas?

Yes James you were right. It was a bad disk. There must have been a small scratch on it. I played it with vlc and it froze and stopped about 15 minutes in. Thanks for your help and quick response.

Yes James this is the US version. I'll have to try and play it today and see if it skips. It doesn't appear to be scratched but who knows.

I am trying to backup "Stealing Cars" DVD. It is a USA copy from Sony Pictures. It is stopping at 17% and saying: Processing Error: File 1 E:/VIDEO_TS/VTS_01_1.VOB 30 TCSectorReader under the details section. I am attaching a screenshot of the message and a log file for it. Someone please help...

James, Sorry but I figured it out... it just had to sit for a while on the "audio scan" screen and it eventually worked and burned great. sorry for the laymen terms. I should have mentioned that I was using cloneDVD and when you go through the steps to back up the dvd the first screen...

Ok so I just let it sit for a while and got though the audio scan... I will let you know how I make out.

I don't know what else is needed. It is obviously the copyright protection cannot be cracked. I have had this problem with other DVDs and the developers have updated the software and fixed it.

Tried backing up the new movie "In Time" and the audio screen scans and gets locked up at 82%... any idea... I downloaded the newest beta version and it still doesn't work... PLEASE HELP

This was the single disk version. I am sure the other versions will work but i am sure our members will let us know.
