I have been using Rebuilder for the past year and I am very happy with the result. I was wondering if CloneBD would render the same quality.

I have no experience with CloneDVD, and me being a picture quality anal, how do you expect the picture quality would be when a movie is compressed to a smaller size, say to fit a 45GB disc to BR-R 25GB using Clone BD?

Adding the Panasonic DMP-BDT110 to the list that would not play backup of movie and menus only of the movie BLACKTHORN. This disc plays fine on Samsung 2550, Pioneer BDP-320, Sony S570. Won't play on PS3 and PowerDVD9.

Just finished the movie only backup of the problematic disc "BLACKTHRON" and now it plays back on my computer with Powerdvd 9 without issue. Seems like going with full backup and keeping BD-J might create problems down the road.

Any ETA on that ?

I hear you. I really want to keep the menu. But if the "movie only" backup of BLACKTHORN, which I am doing now, plays back fine on the PS3 and Powerdvd 9, then I will have to think about the movie only option as my backup method going forward.

Omegaman7, Maybe you should check for it in the future. I make a habit of testing for Cinavia after a firmware upgrade. I have six stand alone blu-ray players that are Cinavia free as of now and I would like to keep them that way is case a solution is not found for it.

Did you do the firmware update recently ?

SamuriHL, I see your point. I did a backup copy of the movie BLACKTHORN with BD-Rebuilders new feature, movie and menu only backup, and this backup disc will not play on the PS3 and on my computer using three hard drives with PowerDVD 9. Oddly enough it will play back with PowerDVD9 and Pioneer...

You mean movie only is safer than full backup as a protection from Cinavia to playback on old players ?

Thanks. I did re-rip with the latest version and now I see four folders, ANY!, ANYVM, BDMV and CERTIFICATE. I am good to go ? I don't have a BD-RW to try out so I have to burn the image without checking with a RW disc. Really don't want another BD-50 coaster. Does these the folder structure look...

I am having the same problem. What am I doing wrong ? All I did was use AnyDVD to rip to ISO and then burn that image to BD50 using Imgburn. When I looked at the file structure of the burned BD-50, the first folder is AACS and the third is BDSVM. Are these folders supposed to be there ? Did I...
