    Not reading burned DVDs

    You have a ghost writing problem Most of the time this problem is caused by a defective DVD burner. It is also caused by using some brands of blank DVDs/CDs. Try a diferent brand of DVD/CDs if you still have the same problem you need to contact Sony. good luck
