Nowadays some streaming platforms uhd streams Deliver the same bitrate as the uhd disc so for the most part if u know what your doing u can get an identical one on one.

NOT if u can keep them (CAP) & add to your digital lib. Plus there are some good digital 4K HDR movies not on or realesed on uhd disc, Esyslium, Into the storm ect..

I was told this is already common knowledge, But this Philips uhd player did play my compressed uhd backup in dobly vision. Burnt to 50gig disc Bdp7502 It also a reasonable priced player.
