I believe it's the same path to "system restore", then just just select "choose a different restore point". :)

I'm using XP and it's All programs>Accessories>System tools>System Restore. :) If you have corrected the problem, don't worry about it.

If it happens again, just do the "system restore". :)

There was a problem with 1Click updates from Feb. 8th. That would be version 5.9.1.2 or 4.2.4.3. What I did was do a "system restore" back to when I downloaded the Feb. 8th updates, then updated 1Click to the latest version which is 5.9.1.4 or 4.2.4.5. Everything will work fine after that...

Okay, it's been confirmed that this is not an AnyDVD issue. It is related to another program I have installed. Thanks Larry

I believe this might not be related to AnyDVD. I will look elsewhere for the problem. If I do find the problem, I will be back to confirm that is not related to AnyDVD. I just saw your latest post. I will provide the info once I have eliminated other possible causes. I believe it might be...

It's happened about three times and just started yesterday or day before.

Lately I have been getting this "warning message". The only one that applies is #4. I comply and it does fix the problem, however, I was wondering if there's any ideas as to why this might be happening and how to prevent it from happening in the first place.

Does this issue just affect Pro or does it affect Home Premium, as well. :)

I use KIS 2010 and I never get "false positives". Not sure about KAV, however, depending on the version, it would be the same A/V. ;) :agree:
