On my board, we limit people who can make new threads by post count. :) That's my 2 cents on it.

If I were you, and I'm obviously not, I would be the S300. I've read some reviews that say that the PS3 isn't the optimal player for movies on it. And you mentioned the 8 free movies. That's a good deal there.

When I backed it up, it had 2 main movies and the second movie, the unrated cut, was pixelated for me as well. I just did it by itself to make it better. I'm not sure of the issue though. Just thought I'd give you what I did since I found out that the movie branches all over the place.

I did my burning with Clone. I even turned AI Scanning off. Either way, the movie was terrible so I gave it to my mom as a gift. Ugh.

I had the same problem. Even updated to the current 6.2.0.2, it still had problems reading it. So, I just unchecked a few of the boxes that didn't have any run time attached to them and it burned fine.

I wish all companies would take the hint and figure out that all protection will get bypassed and only put minimal security on a disc. But, that's wishful thinking.
