I have several 3D movies that I would like to clone so that I can view them when I am on the road. Only, my laptop does not have a 3D capable player. My question: Is there any way I can clone a 3D movie in 2D? I know I can switch my TV to see 2D, but not my laptop. Thanks! MC

Anyone know about these Blu-Ray discs (Millennial Disc)? They are touted as the best. I *think* they require special burners, that are available from LG, ASUS, and Lite-On. I am thinking about upgrading my writers as they seem to have a major issue with doing a 50GB clone and it is important...

Just playing around to learn more about cloning BD's. Just did Rikki And The Flash, complete copy, 50GB DL. Of course, because it has Cinavia, I had to select AC3 option. Durned if it didn't copy perfectly, and..lo and behold, It actually played through the layer changeover (under?) It did...

As I haven't been able to use both layers in recording a movie, my recordings have been limited to 25 gb single layer. OK, very dumb question. I don't need to by DL discs, even for 25gb, right? a 25 gb, 6x Verbatim BD-R will suffice. Sure hope so, I just ordered a 50 count spindle. Thanks...
