Please disregard. It took almost 10 minutes for the DVD to scan, whereas others took only 1 minute. When you look at the icon, it shows that the app is "empty".

I am having no problem creating mobile copies but I have a question: Why do all of my files show a date of 12/31/1969? I am using 1.9.5.0 on a Win10 64 bit laptop, and I'm ripping to MP4s. This is just a cosmetic thing, but it's nice to know when the files were ripped.
