I Updated to the latest anydvdhd 7.6.9.2 and it STILL didn't fix the Prob for me but I was copying the DVD ver not the BR-ver. So the way I fixed it was let anydvdhd scan the disk then using clonedvd2, I Unticked the Title 2 and just TICK Title 1 and the movie plays from start to finish...
