The sysinfo.txt in my zip was logged with an unprotected ISO. But in any case, it sounds like you need a log from the original disc. I will post that when I am able (retrieve the disc).

Did you try ripping the files to disk? You could right-click the AnyDVD icon in the taskbar and choose "Rip Video DVD to harddisk". If that doesn't work, I think AdBear was suggesting an AnyDVD bug/needed fix would likely be indicated.

There are also scratch remover devices on the market... A great thing to have around. I would try to repair the disc and then use clonedvd2, nero recode, or similar.
