Are you guys trying to do a full back up? I used the latest AnyDvd HD beta and ripped it to the hard drive then used the latest version of BD Rebuilder to do a movie only back up & burned to a 25gb BDRW disc with no problem. Played the whole movie back on a Sony BDP-BX38 with no problems as well.

I always burn to a BDRW disc first that way if it doesnt work I didnt lose a pricey single or dual layer BDR disc.

I`ve only done a minute or two reading on this movie. But last night I ripped it to my hard drive with the latest AnyDvd HD beta and the latest BDRB version and sofar it is playing fine, about 10 minutes into the movie. If it helps I can post the log info if needed.

OK, I disabled a few more things in the Logitech G19 LCD manager Settings under programs they are: Media display, windows side show color & monochrome, lcd movie viewer, lcd video player for youtube. For some reason on my PC its showing that folder as locked but I can still open it and it show two minidump files or whatever in .DMP format.

Sony does like to make it hard to back up movies from them. With the programs I use its rare when I get a movie, Sony included that cant be backed up the way I want. I use AnyDvd with either CloneDvd2, CloneCd, 1Click, 1Click Pro and Nero.

On my last two Dell pc`s I ordered them without a dvd burner, I prefer to install my own that I ordered from www.newegg.com, Dell firmware updates are very slow to come and have less of a chance of ending up with a piece of crap burner.

I had a couple of LG drives that didnt want to read a disc but they are working now, whats odd is that Kipper and another guy who had problems with the same Lite On drives I have and I have had no problems with them except that I dont use Dvd Shrink.
