    Different company but you're right the back of the disc does look like a burned image. The top is a nice silk screened printed surface like most regular blu rays.

    Thanks James! You are correct as usual;) The disc will play with AnyDVD. Have the studios given up now on AACS? Seems odd to leave out copy protection or did they just screw up this time?

    Blu-ray vs Blu-ray in 4k combo

    Just curious, I've never checked but is the blu-ray included in the 4k combos the same as the regular bluray that's sold with a DVD? I figure it should be but I'd like to know if anyone has come across different versions?

    AACS 2.1 is OUT!

    Really great. Must have internet connection in order to play a movie from a UHD disc. They seem to be moving us closer and closer to streaming directly from the studios:(.

    No luck with that one myself. I think the DV portion may be what's causing problems.
