Yea, that is one of the charge names listed. Not mine. For me they used an Internationally known site for excessive fraudulent activity completely blocked by many banks. Wonder why?

Check with Amazon Visa and they approved the $103 USD charge. Was supposed to be $97.83 USD. RedFox still says the charge is pending and they'll check every 5 minutes???

Thanks for your help. I meant CloneDVD2. It says it will not "copy protected material". ??? I did try to "rip to harddisk" and got error code "PS18". I had exactly the same problem with Soul Surfer. Was finally able to back it up using the old Shrink without AnyDVD. Tried that with Cars 2...

??? I should start a new thread? Many have reported problems. Very few have been successful. Since at least 1 was able to back this up then it is obviously something I am doing. All I am asking for is help with this not condemnation.

Fix found Sorry all. I discovered my AC3 filter got somehow switched off. Rebooted and all is working fine. Should have thought of it. Didn't mean to waste anyone's time.

Okay...I feel foolish. I just rebooted and all is working just fine. I know to reboot often. Turned out my AC3 filter had turned off.

Soul Surfer Here is AnyDVD log file. Used Clone DVD and Shrink. Clone DVD said disc was encrypted while AnyDVD was enabled. Shrink only produced a black and green screen when trying to save just the feature film. Drive is set to region 1.
