Sure, just make a batch file e.g. PowerDVD.bat that runs first AnyDVDHD and then PDVD, then when you quit PDVD have it kill AnyDVD at that time. I forget the "kill" command, but as one example I use a batch file to run Apple's iTunes where I start two services I don't like running all the time...
