Testing CloneDVD mobile with Virtual clone drive

You say you got your licenses "a few years ago". For AnyDVD, is that a RedFox license (i.e., purchased after May 2016)? If it's a SlySoft license (before February 2016), it will only work with older versions of AnyDVD (up to 7.6.9.5) that no longer have access to the OPD. That may be sufficient...

Is there a 20% discount for users who had a Slysoft lifetime license?

There was a lot of discussion about it over a year ago when RedFox launched. Basically, when SlySoft shut down the developers were screwed just as much as the customers, maybe even more; they got the IP rights (but not customer licenses) for AnyDVD, etc. in lieu of their final paychecks. It...

    AnyDVDHD UHD support

That probably refers to 4K files & displays. AFAICT it doesn't specifically mention UHDBD.

    Region Removal Issue

This may sound crazy, but from reading the OP's post, I wonder if he thought AnyDVD HD actually changed the physical disc so it could be read in stand-alone Region A players. Original discs are generally read-only; AnyDVD HD removes region coding in realtime so it is playable by PC software...

Any DVD HD 8.0.30 Your computer's clock is way off error

It's a new check added with version 8.0.3.0. With it showing 23 hours off, it's possible your PC's current date, timezone and/or daylight savings options are misconfigured. Do post the logfile to be safe, however.

Please explain Cinavia Option in AnyDVD HD

These are not new options; they were introduced under SlySoft long before RedFox took over. The first option disables the Cinavia detection routine in most licensed BD players (like PowerDVD), so that the disc plays normally without having to remove the signal. It works with ISOs mounted in...

No RedFox license required for CloneDVDMobile? But I already bought one

I think you misunderstood both Ch3vr0n's posts and mine. "AT THE MOMENT" means there are no CURRENT plans to require RedFox licenses for CCD or CDVDm; AFAIK that will remain true even after the CDVDm rewrite. The caveat is that RedFox is NOT required to honor SlySoft CDVDm licenses in the...

No RedFox license required for CloneDVDMobile? But I already bought one

Thanks for the thumbs-up. I've been in & out of the hospital for months; I was actually in the hospital when I learned of the whole SlySoft / RedFox mess back in February. I wish some of it could have gone better for us longtime users, but we also know how much hard work the developers gave us...

    Deadpool

You may want to consider replacing your player software with PowerDVD (AFAIK the only licensed Blu-ray player still being regularly developed -- WinDVD still exists but is on the back burner). TMT3 is pretty old; ArcSoft jumped to version 5 before exiting the market entirely. Fox discs over the...

    LifeTime subscription AnyDVDHD

Retail only makes things easier for the MPAA. SlySoft never went retail in its 13-year history; RedFox certainly won't.

No RedFox license required for CloneDVDMobile? But I already bought one

I thought Ch3vr0n's post was clear: *AT THE MOMENT* there are no plans to require RedFox licenses for CCD or CDVDm. The clear implication behind that is a RedFox license MAY be required in the future; like it or not, SlySoft is dead and the RedFox developers have mouths to feed. (I wish they...

    Payment options...

I had little problem yesterday with my U.S. MasterCard; had to clear a fraud alert after the fact, but it still went through. (Some banks may decline foreign transactions till you clear the fraud alert; Capital One didn't *and* doesn't charge the foreign transaction fee warned about in the...

Or it could have been a read error the BD player was able to ignore; rippers generally can't. James is correct.

    Removing of Regioncode

That is standard behavior for the pop-up, because region free is the initial default there. That is expected by those who choose "always ask" (and those of us familiar with how "automatic" works), but I see how that can confuse newbies who don't know that AnyDVD HD cannot detect region coding on...

    Removing of Regioncode

As in automatically, yes. But at least you don't have to change AnyDVD HD settings every time you change regions.

    Removing of Regioncode

You assumed he was talking about a disc with both regions, but he *could* have meant he had some Region B discs *and* some Region C discs. Actually, that's why "Automatic" is the default -- the pop-up asks you once for each disc.
  19. R

    Removing of Regioncode

Just to clarify (the OP wasn't 100% clear to me): For discs with just ONE region (i.e., some Region B only & some Region C only), specify the region of that particular disc. If the disc has BOTH Regions B & C, pick either one.

    Any info on a 4K Blu-ray solution?

Not likely to change. There are a total of 14 4K titles set to release on this date from three studios -- nine from 20th Century Fox (including The Martian), four from Lionsgate, and one from Warner Bros.; the date is tied to the release of the first physical 4K players in the U.S. This will be...
