when i activate anydvd the fox in the toolbar is translucent. i remember when it was working correctly that the fox was a solid red colour. its as if its not recognising the fact there is a disc in the drive. when i open the program it does give me the details of the movie thats inserted but...

ive used anydvd in conjunction with clonedvd2 trial versions & had no problems at all. since i bought both programs ive only been able to run them sucsefully once. every time i open anydvd now my pc freezes, cant open any other programs, can't access the internet, can't open clonedvd2, can't...
