Does the same thing on both discs.Goes to 24% and stops with error message "make sure surface is clean"and they are.They are both brand new and no scratches.

I've made two different backups from two different source discs both of which play fine but both backups will not play.I get a message saying cannot play when i try to play them on my pc and blu ray player.Any thoughts would be great as to why this keeps happening.

Having same problem.Gets to 12% and freezes.Even with chapter 71 unclicked.First time i've had trouble in a while.

I can get it to copy the disc but can't burn the whole disc...it doesn't do automatically like anydvd how do I do that?Also I looked at the preview and it's stamped in the right hand corner trail version...will that be on my burned disc if I make it that far?

Downloaded a trail version of clonebd and wow is there a instruction manual somewhere?not as user friendly as clonedvd which I've loved for so many years...anydvd is still great as is clonedvd but the ordering process and clonebd need work...just my opinion...any help on clonebd somewhere?thank...

Does the burned disc have the "trial version"stamp on the finished disc?Is there a step by step guide somwhere for clone bd?Its a tough gig trying to make a back up....not as user friendly as clone dvd

After any dvd hd scans ANY disc it pops up its like it's it does when your expired same unable to find file message with the lamb on it

I get the same error message for both dvds and bluray...Iam trying to back up my disc to another disc as I have since 2010...

change region to united states on my drive STILL the same error message as before...NEVER had this much trouble before...now What...?
