I had the problem. Type "Up" then it will find it for you. Up is there as I have watched the other week. Any 2 latter words do not come up on Netflix either. Hope this helps

I was downloading 2x but have changed it back to single speed again. I think its better to be safe than sorry. I don't know if they banned you know long it would be or forever.

I have had the same thing happen twice now, both times just a few moments after downloading a programme/movie, so not a timed out connection. Hope this helps.

I have always downloaded at normal speed, but today I have tried 2x. I haven't had any problem, but just wondering how safe it is at 2x?

I had this happen to me a little while ago, I just shut AnyStream down and restarted, no problem. Hope this helps. Another time it did at one point say I have to pay for this service, again I closed the program down and restarted.

I don't think it's that simple here in the UK. I can't seem to find anything like that on Prime.
