• AnyStream is having some DRM issues currently, Netflix is not available in HD for the time being.
Situations like this will always happen with AnyStream: streaming providers are continuously improving their countermeasures while we try to catch up, it's an ongoing cat-and-mouse game. Please be patient and don't flood our support or forum with requests, we are working on it 24/7 to get it resolved. Thank you.

Question Crash when changing profile during download in different provider

Just trying to be helpful and add to the discussion. As noted above, the program locks up without a crash/dump. The program will not allow you to select file and create a log file as it remains locked screen.

Question Crash when changing profile during download in different provider

Last couple of days no issues with YouTube. Today, both versions 1562 &1563 (64 bit) lock up requiring a task manager end program to exit. No crash log and program does not self exit. AP will download without issues

    "Best" Post Processing Suggestions

When in doubt always buy more storage. Remember, just because you have 60TB+ of NAS storage doesn’t mean you have a problem that requires an intervention.

AnyStream + NAS is a great match

Another platform to consider is iTunes. If your already invested in the Apple ecosystem, it’s seamless with your devices and Apple TV. DS Video that comes from Synology is great for remote access of movies but a little spotty for organizing TV episodes. I started shucking old external drives in...

[Resolved} Feature Request: Progress bar for post processing

NVME M2 makes a huge difference. My post processing times are between 2-5 seconds depending on length/size of the source file. Originally I was saving to an external USB 3 HD and post processing times (especially for FHD movies) was significantly longer. High bandwidth read/write is key here

    Not All Hulu Shows Work

I had this issue as well. Played through the Hulu app but grayed out in Anystream. A possible work around that worked for me is to complete an entire episode in the Hulu app so that the show shows up in “Watch Next” bar. When I did this, the previously grayed out show was then downloadable.

Need Help with AS Output (.MP4). What are others doing with them?

Anystream is awesome and I personally leave everything in MP4 and import into ITunes with data storage on 2 separate Synology NAS. There must be different variations of MP4 within the standard. When I create MP4's in handbrake they import into ITunes almost instantly, even the 13gb files...

    Using VPN with AS

Currently using ExpressVPN to log into Amazon UK, while I did have to do password validate, didn’t have to change. Options for content are interesting, seeing what’s available in US versus other countries. If I had to guess, they rotate what comes with Prime versus what’s a rental/purchase from...

    Britbox, Best TV ever, etc.....

At least with Britbox through the Amazon USA portal, I’ve found a mix of resolutions, with the older titles almost always in lower res than newer titles. I think it all comes down to available source material and who they get it from. Restored titles like those through the Criterion Collection...

    Britbox, Best TV ever, etc.....

So I've been experimenting with channels through Amazon Prime. You can access and download content from Britbox if you go through the Amazon portal. The only thing to watch for is to check the content that is offered. Just because there is a portal through Amazon doesn't mean that all content on...
