I'm downloading the show Younger (2015) from Hulu USA for my lady friend. I was able to download all episodes until I reached season 6 episode 10. Now all I get is "Error. Failed to retrieve playlist". Could someone please look into this for me? Thanks for all the great work y'all do.

Providers have simultaneous stream limits. Like AP is 2, Netflix is either 2 or 4 depending on the plan. When I'm downloading is this counting as using a stream on the providers side?
