    Ep10-13 wasn't included with my motor trend sub. No issues with E1-E9 but after purchasing E10-E13 none of those downloaded but are playable from amazon.

    This software hasn't been useful with netflix. The 1080p bitrate is terrible vs a NF web-dl by "others". Real time or unlimited give the same results.

    Example; The Office Season 5 Episode 1 comes out under 1GB. However, that same episode on AMZN is 3.9GB? Why does the NF such low bitrate? I noticed this on other series & movies.

    It would be nice to include every subtitle language amzn or nf offers. Currently, you can select only 1 when you may want English & Spanish.
