Particularly new movie titles show a download resolution of 768x432 despite a logoff, close, open, login. I tried with the Taken and Taken 2 titles. Other, older titles show downloading at full HD resolution. Is this a Netflix new standard? Log file attached.

FWIW, When I go to Dance Academy Season 1, I get 26 episodes and the download button as expected. Log attached in case it helps. I'm in the US.

I have this issue also. To get around it, I use the search box to search for any movie or tv series. When I click on the show, it then loads the prime video page. I saw it as a minor annoyance so I didn't report it earlier.

Understood. By staying on the same page and search results, usually only one series is being downloaded. When low on tokens, a multi season series can take that long.

I mainly DL 30 minute TV series and often run out of tokens. I don't know if all these steps are required but it seems to make the download queue reliable over a day or more of DL. Only set the queue to DL from one provider. Don't do another search or change the page from where you originally...

The resolutions offered on my movie choices were bad so I wanted to try the Netflix technique of logout-close-login to see if it helped. It didn't but that was why.

So far, I have 4 concurrent with no issues but could use a couple more. My fear is that if a timeout causes a crash, I have very long queues that would be lost. At my 1x speed, I have 4-5 days of downloads queued against 4 providers.

I am thinking about raising the concurrent downloads to the maximun but am concerned about the timeout warning. I've never had a timeout so what happens if I do? Crash or just a fail on that download and moves on to the next? Is the timeout risk based on download speed setting, provider...

I’m having the same issue. After seeing the above message, I cleared my watch list and made a new one on max with a win 11 pc on edge, rebooted and it did not appear in AS+. Where in the AS list should it appear? Top or bottom of max lists? Since not a fail, is there a way to do a log to help...

I had a download queue working in Max and switched the provider to Hulu. AnyStream crashed when I changed profiles within Hulu. This is the second time this has happened to me in similar circumstances. Attached is the crash log.

I am getting the can't retrieve playlist error randomly on my download queue. Could AS put up the error message but clear the message and continue the queue after a few seconds? I like to set my download speed to slow and have the downloads go all night but having the queue stop on an error...

Same error message. FWIW, I've tried a dozen or more times over the past few days with no luck.

While I may be off base, I think this may be a login issue. If I log out of Netflix and log back in, AnyStream crashes in a few seconds. If I reload Anystream, it shows me as logged into Netflix but I get the payment error. Crash log attached in case it helps.

Are you streaming through Plex from your Qnap? If so, I had a similar problem until I set the plex settings on my firestick to 2.1 stereo rather than the 6.1 default.

I’ve found alternates to keep feeding my habit. This prompted my searches to shift to VPN for NF (often SD+ rather than HD) and D+ (pretty reliably HD). If extra AS tokens are available, I got to older TV series that aren’t available in HD. I just hope APV is back in HD for the new June titles.
