    Hello, I guess you should try another player, such as VLC or MPC-HC. If it still doesn't work, then try downloading the subtitles in a separate file. Such as SRT. (Go to settings, Downloads, at the bottom, "embeded" you change it to "SRT file" Then you could remux the final file to mkv container

    I can confirm that putting the soft to "English", (instead of french in my case) fixed the crash when the downloads are starting. The difference is that when I'm in "french", the audio quality selector is empty (no 640kbps DD+ 5.1 or aac are displayed). but setting english makes them present. So...
