Never mind - I figured it out...

I have version 8.6.5.0 of AnyDVD installed. I keep getting a notice that there is a new version of AnyDVD and asks if I want to go to the download site. When I click Yes, it goes to the Elby web page and says the version of CloneDVD is 2.9.3.7 which is dated 03-07-2020. Any idea why I am getting...

I immediately rebooted and AnyDVD loaded just fine.....

When AnyDVD initially loaded, I got this notice to send the dump file...

I uninstalled AnyDVD HD then reinstalled it. I then made a copy of 'The Devil You Know' - and the director is still talking. It didn't do any good to reinstall the application. Any Thoughts anyone?

ANOTHER UPDATE - I have two computers and two AnyDVDHD, and two CloneDVD2 Licenses. I made a second copy of the movie (FireStarter) on my other computer. The copy DOES NOT have the descriptive narrative on it. Now I'm really lost. I have the latest version of AnyDVDHD installed on both computers.

I didn't find any file using VLC that had descriptive narrative. there were two folders on the disc, one for audio - which was empty, and one for Video. I played every file in the video folder and there was nothing...

Here is an update. I played the original disc using Cyberlink PowerDVD15. The movie played perfectly. I Then copied the disc then played the copy. Now there is a lady talking on the copy, describing what is going on like a blind person is watching the movie and needs the descriptive narrative...

What is VLC?

Does CloneDVD2 allow removing the Descriptive Narrative - or people talking while trying to watch a movie? I have encountered lots of DVD's that have this problem. I found in the setup a place that should turn off the narrative but when I turn it off, the narrative still plays. It's impossible...

Software begins 'Trying to repair defective DVD Structure... Please wait!'. It took about 10 minutes to reach 8% on the repair process. Doesn't seem to be able to fix it.

More information. I restarted my PC and did not get the exception notice.

I got a dialog box on bootup saying AnyDVD had an exception and requested I send the dump file. I didn't write down the email address of where to send the file. I will upload the file here. If I still need to send it to the requested address, please give me the address.

The new disc blew right past that 5:30 minute mark. I assume the whole movie will play. I created a log file once the burn finished. If it doesn't play all the way through, I will send the log file. Thanks for all your help. Strange that it worked this time.

CloneBD did select 664 which is the first on the list. That is what was selected before... I am burning a new blue ray disc and will try it when it is finished in about 90 minutes. I sure hope I get past the 5 minute mark and not get the "Dear customer - this is a copy and can not play"...

I aborted the blue ray burn. I have created a log file and will attach it here. I hope it provides you with what you need. Please let me know if it helps. Thanks!

I did use CloneBD and created a partial copy. It had a check mark in the first line and that is what I let it use. Clone BD is copying it again and will finish in about an hour. I will post the log file when it is finished.
