That's not actually true. If you go on the website, you can report a damaged disc and they will immediately send a replacement. AS far as shipping from remote distribution centers, I've only had that happen twice since I've been a member.

Cars I had no problem with Cars using AnyDVD. Try another disc and make sure the DVD burner hasn't bit the dust (I've lost two that needed replacement). Also, make sure the disc is completely clean.
