    PowerDVD 20

I would like to get my hands on a Cinavia disk just to have the opportunity to play with this. Nothing I have uses it. At least, not as far as I can tell.

I get this prompt occasionally as well and I let the update get installed, but as far as I understand, using AnyDVD makes this unnecessary.

Oh okay. In that case, you and I were talking about different Malwarebytes products.

Ad blocker firms rush to fix security bug

I wasn't really trying to argue, ya know. ;) I do use it, and I have never seen it block anything outside of malicious ads. Perhaps this is a setting that I have never known about. I will have to have a look.

They block malicious ads but that's it.

I started watching for a leaked download on here within the last few weeks out of curiosity. This is the first year that I remember that I haven't seen one.

Create Blu-Ray ISO from BluRay Files

I am familiar with ImgBurn, but I was not aware that it also supported this. I don't want to strip anything out so it should be good enough then. Thanks for letting me know.

Create Blu-Ray ISO from BluRay Files

Hello all, I have a Blu-Ray that was ripped to a folder instead of an ISO format and I would like to convert the rip to an ISO format. Unfortunately I do not have the disk and therefore I cannot just do a re-rip. Is it possible to take the folder structure and make it in to a playable ISO?

Make sure that what you installed isn't more than what it says it is.

VCD Emulation - can it emulate a UHD Drive?

Yup. I figured as much. Especially since VLC cannot play encrypted Blu-Rays without AnyDVD running.

VCD Emulation - can it emulate a UHD Drive?

Oh, I hadn't thought of that. Good point! So now I have suitable workaround for my setup. Rip with my UHD friendly drive and make it an mkv so I don't have to deal with SGX. Also, apparently VLC supports UHD now and I doubt that they have the SGX limitation.

VCD Emulation - can it emulate a UHD Drive?

Oh alright. I thought the Intel graphics thing could be circumvented when doing a UHD rip.

VCD Emulation - can it emulate a UHD Drive?

Is this an implementation thing or does the HDR standard require SGX even for content that is not encrypted?

VCD Emulation - can it emulate a UHD Drive?

I thought that using AnyDVD eliminated all of those requirements if you played the disk with it on?

"Rewinding" provokes a later playback freeze.

Oops. My bad. Even so, have you tested with VLC?

"Rewinding" provokes a later playback freeze.

I have no idea what is causing your problem, and my setup is not anything like yours, so unfortunately I really cannot try to reproduce the problem. (Running Windows 10 1803 with PowerDVD 18.) Have you tried using another player such as VLC or tried playing something in PowerDVD without AnyDVD...

"Rewinding" provokes a later playback freeze.

Minor detail, but there's no such thing as Windows 7 Service Pack 3. ;)
