This first started yesterday i updated to try the beta,Redfox said the drive was disabled,so had to reinstall and reboot,now it wont pick up any bluray at all,only dvd,maybe isn't a redfox only problem,but I cant think of who else is as helpful.I had a bluray in drive and redfox icon was greyed...

Trying to backup 'Pioneers of African American Cinema' Region B ,before its even backed up i get 'Copy Detected (or a rip tool is running if you are trying to watch this movie on your PC) ' is this a protection issue or am i personally doing something wrong,never ever had error before on any.

ANYDVD wont pick up a single bd disk even really old ones,just says theres no disk in the drive,'new dvd's are fine,its only blurays-see log attached

if i bought a license,and say have 6 months remaining on it (1 year on) someone said in another thread,that you guys honour the remaining time,or give 50% of a new buy,could someone please clarify this,or do i need to buy a new one now?
