Which AnyStream settings for burning Blu-ray discs?

Why do you want to burn Blu-ray discs? No matter which streams you choose to download, chances are that the video or audio or both won't be Blu-ray compliant, meaning that you will have to re-encode them before you can put them on a Blu-ray disc. That can be a slow process which will also result...

Is there a way to buy/rent Amz Prime movies in different Regions?

I tried to set up an account with US Unlocked earlier this year. But my account was closed in a fraction of a second before it was even opened. When I inquired about the problem, this is the reply I got: You're completely without legal rights when that happens, and they don't even tell you why...

    Netflix (Audio Descriptions)

Today I downloaded the movie Hugo by Martin Scorsese from Netflix, and I got the Visually Impaired Audio Descriptive soundtrack instead of the normal one. I tried it a second time, unchecking the "American English (descriptive)" subtitles, but that didn't help. I got the same incorrect...

[-BUG- FIXED 1.1.1.0] [1.1.0.0-1.1.0.3] [All providers] Non-deterministic track truncation

Tried downloading Violetta Season 1 Episode 1 from D+ several times, and both audio and video gets truncated every time. Video more so than audio.

Yes, and what it's being offered depends on how well AnyStream manages to emulate some software and/or hardware that's recognized as worthy of being offered the "premium goods"...

Downloaded Video Files do not Show Subtitles on TV, Only on the Computers

I'm not all that surprised. The media players built into most modern TVs are usually not very good. I've given up on them a long time ago. Have you tried both embedded subtitles, and external .srt-files? Does the instruction manual give any clues on which subtitle format(s) your TV supports?

people are successfully using vpns with anystream? any tips?

It's very difficult to recommend any particular VPN provider. They all have their pros and cons. What works today may not work tomorrow. It's a game of cat and mouse where the streaming services will try to limit the access, and the VPN providers will try to circumvent those restrictions. The...

SOLVED - How to change sound of download completed?

There's certainly a "bing", but there's also a pop-up window to tell you that your download is complete. If you have disabled that pop-up, you won't get the sound either. As others have reported, it's a system sound ("Asterisk") in Windows, which you can also change or turn off in the Windows...

For the first time - truncated video, but normal audio

You're absolutely right, @donaf. I re-downloaded Star Trek: Picard episode 3 with 128 kbps AAC-LC stereo sound, and that made the video complete. All that remained was to mux the newly downloaded video with my previously downloaded E-AC3 soundtrack. A good workaround, but probably still a minor...

people are successfully using vpns with anystream? any tips?

My experience is that you don't need more than one account on Netflix. With a working VPN you can access all the titles available in another country. However, VPNs will often be locked out by Netflix, and it may differ from country to country, or even from one day to the next. The better VPN...

    1920x800 video

Because it's not an option you can control. In some cases, streaming services don't pad videos to letterbox format because it would be a waste of bandwidth to transmit black bars across the net. So if a movie has been filmed in the "scope" aspect ratio (2.4:1) you may get the 1920x800 resolution.

    1920x800 video

1920x800 is not supported by the Blu-ray specifications. If you really wish to make a compliant BD disc or BD ISO, you'll have to pad the video to 1920x1080 and re-encode it, also observing all the other parameters necessary for compliance. You can use x264 for that (also a part of ffmpeg). Here...

is this a bug with Anystream or what ?

It's quite common for the video and audio portions of a media file to differ by a couple of seconds in length. That's nothing to worry about. But if the audio is considerably shorter than the video by say 15-20-30 seconds or more, then you've encountered a known bug in AnyStream which will...

    New Verison

The only serious problems I have encountered so far are the truncation of some soundtracks, and the fact that some movies are only downloaded in SD even if they are in full HD 1080p when watched on-line. There are of course lots of possible ways that this software can be improved, but I still...

Download Limit Separate for NT and AMZN or counted as one?

I guess it's RedFox's way of saying that this tool is licensed for your own (and your family's) legitimate and personal use, not for people running pirate factories 24 hours a day, downloading until their internet connection catches fire to share with everyone and their dog.

    Loss of audio

Note that some of them actually download the audio untouched, but re-encode the video. That's what I was referring to. But instead of searching for alternative solutions, let's hope that the problem with AnyStream will be solved soon.

    Loss of audio

Would you share your list of titles with that problem? I'll add them to my list if they are different. https://forum.redfox.bz/threads/amz-audio-cutoffs-1061.79669/#post-527048

    Loss of audio

That's possible, but not very likely. Consider this: Why would both providers have the same problem with incomplete audio files? The audio is always complete when watching on-line in a web browser, or in the provider's proprietary apps. Downloading the audio files by some other means results in...
