I gathered the log requested by Retro. There seems to be 2 parts one very large. Can I copy both logs and save before I attempt to send?

Yes I can send he AnyDVD file.

I tried to copy a 12 strong movie today and got CloneBD to hang up. The program never starts converting following the pressing of the Begin Conversion. In fact the computer is so hung that I had to activate the Task Manager function to end the task.

Sorry for my confusing comment. I process the data to be written with CloneBD and then use ImgBurn to write the disc. Is it possible that the contents of what gets written could have been changed by CloneBD. Maybe I am posting this question in the wrong forum?

Ch3vron I got a Verbatim disc recorded and it failed just like the Ridata discs. The failure occurs while the LG player is inspecting the disc to determine if it is a Blu-Ray or DVD disc. I think youre right about the LG player. What model Samsung did you end up with?

I am not sure anyone can help me on this but thought I would try. I used to be able to play back up discs on this player but can't any longer. Ch3vron, I figured out what happened. My Blu Ray device failed and I replaced it with an old drive I happened to have. Thanks for all your help.

I did as you suggested Ch3vron. In the process the Blu Ray drive changed from D: to J: and AnyDVD HD and CloneBD still Don't work. Do you have any other suggestions?

I tried to copy hacksaw Ridge using AnyDVD HD and CloneBD with all settings to remove Cinavia including the sound downgrade in CloneBD. Watching the copy I found the sequence of playback out of order. I am including a logfile. Dave
