    That fixed it, thank you.

    Hacksaw Ridge BD

AnyDVD does not properly detect Hacksaw Ridge Blu-ray: Takes a very long time to scan. PowerDVD 16 will not play the disc when AnyDVD is enabled. It just sits at a black screen. Plays fine with AnyDVD disabled. AnyDVD does not detect the proper playlist - and it appears this title uses...

John Wick Chapter 2 Blu-ray help

Different disc, same issue as before: https://forum.redfox.bz/threads/john-wick-blu-ray-help.75935/ John Wick, Chapter 2. Blu-ray, region A, bought from Amazon US. UPC: 0-31398-25947-3 ASIN: B06XWWZ955 Looks like this one is not in the OPD. AnyDVD does not identify any MPLS file, and...

    John Wick Blu-ray help

Based on the swath of destruction this disc (and its sequel) has in the forums here, it seems like this title is cursed and Lionsgate keeps breaking it every few months. AnyDVD does not specify the correct title out of 300 available. PowerDVD locks up when playing it straight from the original...

    Chronicles of Riddick

I had no problems with this disc. If you have tried everything in the sticky posted above this, then you need to attach a logfile (also mentioned in the sticky). Unless your disc is damaged, odds are you are doing something wrong. As far as I know this is not one of those discs with multiple...

Has anyone found a solution for the 99 titles scheme on blurays?

That may be: I don't think I have any recent Screenpass discs. But this method looks at the raw files the player opens, not what is displayed on screen.

Has anyone found a solution for the 99 titles scheme on blurays?

Disable AnyDVD. Play the original Blu-ray in a licensed software player. Snoop on the process using Process Monitor. See what MPLS file it is reading for the main title. Voila. You now now know which MPLS file to rip.

    Paypal

How is "PayPal is not a bank" misinformation? _They are not a bank_. They are not regulated as such. This means they can get away with a lot of dirty business and have zero accountability. That is a fact. http://www.cnet.com/news/feds-paypal-not-a-bank/ And yes, I am aware of the...

    Paypal

PayPal is a very dirty company. Here is an example: http://fortune.com/2016/06/21/paypal-cloud-seafile/ Remember, they are not a bank. They can do whatever they want, including holding money, reversing charges on a whim, reaching into your bank account and taking it all, etc. Credit processors...

How do you tell if @ blu-ray has cinavia?

The logo is not always present, and Sony do not always use it. Those are indicators, not guarantees. The logo is a guarantee, but its absence is not. I have seen discs with Cinavia that do not have the logo on the packaging. Whenever I back up a Blu-ray, I always test the backup in a hardware...

    DeadPool BlueRay Issues

In the future, it would be best to perform some basic troubleshooting first. I have run into issues in the past, and I try all of these before asking for help: 1. Play original Blu-ray disc using a licensed software player (e.g. PowerDVD) with AnyDVD HD disabled. 2. Rip Blu-ray disc using...

    Why......

At the present time, the cost of a lifetime subscription to AnyDVD HD is approximately the same cost as six Blu-ray new releases or three trips to the theater with the family, based on what I spend. I have spent more on a single bar tab than I have on my lifetime subscription to AnyDVD HD. The...

Spectre, Peanuts, Sicario and Heist - Not currently supported

I agree with James - I backed up both Spectre and the Peanuts Movie recently without any problems. Both original Blu-rays worked fine with PowerDVD and AnyDVD HD.

Hunger Games Mockingjay - Part 2 will not play uninterrupted

PowerDVD + Process Explorer is how I know which playlist is correct. Unlicensed players such as VLC have no way of knowing with 100% certainty which playlist is correct. A licensed player such as PowerDVD will play the correct playlist. You may think it is "crap software" but PowerDVD really...

Ripping with 4 BD drives at same time

I couldn't see the CPU being the bottleneck on modern hardware: multi-core processors, fast memory bandwidth. Ripping ISOs is I/O bound. Regardless, the best way to know for sure is to run some tests and measure the performance. Use the same discs each time: different quantities, ripping to...

Star Wars & -The force Awakens Correct play list?

I can confirm that the MPLS 800 is correct. Region ABC, bought off Amazon in North America.

Prevent player software from detecting Cinavia.

Many programs do this (Handbrake generally picks the longest one as well). This fact is exploited by the disc manufacturers. Even without ScreenPass they might add an extra title or two that is longer just to mess with us. The title might be out of order, or contain black screens in various...

Is anydvd considered illegal/illict 7/8 of the land

That is the crux of the issue with modern copyright law. "See? You have fair use! You can make backup copies for archival purposes! It says so right in the law!" But when it is illegal to circumvent copy protections, and 99% of the content is copy protected, fair use may as well be illegal...

Centralized Consumer Digital Rights - A New Begining?

Centralized licensing authority? What happens if it goes out of business, or is unresponsive (internet outage)? I would much rather see copyright change back to how it was a long time ago: you get 14 years, then it enters the public domain. That would make everything a lot simpler. Keep in...
