I have found that "dialogue" shows from time to time but, in that case I have "Speed Menu" option enabled. In that case, I disable "Speed Menu" and the disc burns and plays fine with the original menu. Good Luck.

Pete, may I ask what models of Oppo and Sony players you are using? I've often wondered if I should "upgrade" from my Panasonic but do know of "date manufactured" cause limitations on what I can get. Also, sorry for the trouble, am rechecking my steps now.

Congratulations, hunch worked, Original Menu tab to play movie now working properly.

Note: Using Speed Menu option and ripped with 8.4.1.0. Now, playing movie using speed menu list, 299 is correct. However, when playing movie through "original menu tab", movie is still out of sequence (original menu is not choosing correct playlist).

I've been using the Panasonic DMP-BDT75 for years now (several of them) still finding them on e-bay. So far, I've not had to venture beyond that model but often wonder where and what model of player would I get if that finally becomes unavailable.

My mistake, the .log file is of a protected .iso of the disc. Just to make sure, I've created it again and is attached. Thank you. Just a note, I'll be away until Sunday evening so won't be able to see any updates to this post until then. Thanks again.
