Yes, I ran the CCleaner. I've tried starting it every way I know how. I just don't get how it could be vista or something on my laptop, it was fine before. I didn't do anything different this time then when I first got it.

It said click start, run... I don't have it on this computer unless it's somewhere different in vista.... When I installed the program it put a filters file on my desktop and thats what the last post was.

I wanna throw this laptop out the window. It's still giving me the same message. I really don't know what the problem is. It was prefectly fine before I updated it. I shut my avg completely down and tried running it without that - but that isn't it either.

Because it's telling me that.... The message is: AnyDVD Application has stopped working. A problem has caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available. I re-installed everything again for a third time. Wiped out...

That didn't help at all. Like I said before... it worked until I updated it. I did what you said and nothing. I un-installed it re-downloaded it and installed it and still nothing.
