iPod Video Movie Volume Very Low

Hi, I have converted many movies using Clone DVD Mobile for my iPod Video 5G. In some cases I find the volume is very low. I use external speakers at full volume, still it is hardly audible. Travelling in a city bus with headphone it is frustrating low volume. Can anyone help with suggestions. Thanks in advance.
 
Try changing the default volume settings in the .ini file
Default appears to be 400 for most devices.

Do some trial & error to find a volume you like.
Looks like others have tried 700 with good results.

Low Volume on Output
