I know this is an old problem, but does anyone know if SlySoft is going to address it?

Does anyone have a solution/workaround to this?

I'm encoding a number of relatively short MP4 for my Video iPod and the first frame is usually garbage, and the first 1-2 seconds of the video are cut off.
I'm using the latest version of the software.
