Having problems with Region A Blu-ray version of "The Lazarus effect" AnyDVD can not decrypt. Attached is the Log File

Thanks, James. Must be defective, because it looks clean as a whistle to me, and I even cleaned it just to be sure. No scratched either (that I can see).
 
The human eye can't see microscopic defects, a drive laser can. If a cleaning with a microfibre cloth doesn't help (sometimes there's an oily full on the disc that causes problems), and the drive gas other discs fine it's usually the disc at fault.
