I could guess but want to be 100% sure.
We do need the label of the disc, as you've submitted, but if the exact name of the disc is not clear, need that too.

The OPD looks like it's for Disc 1, so I'll list this as "Game of Thrones Season 1 Disc 1".
It'll appear when the List is next posted.
Since you're new I should point out ....
If you're having trouble playing the other discs in the set because they are also unsupported, you'll need to provide the OPD for each.
Each disc is listed separately.
