BD not recognised

I recently purchased a blu ray from Amazon, but it's not recognised by AnyDVD HD. It's a retail disc, not a copy. I use the latest version of AnyDVD HD.

With AnyDVD HD running, I can't load the disc in VLC either. This is the error:

Blu-ray error:
This Blu-ray Disc needs a library for AACS decoding, and your system does not have it.

Weird, even though I tried many times to get AnyDVD to recognise the disc it didn't work. After I ran the logfile, the region screen popped up and I was able to rip the disc.
I added the logfile for completion's sake.
