I tried to copy Rambo Last Blood DVD region 1 on my desktop, a HP 64-bit running W10 with 2 optical drives, one from HP and one ASUS, using CloneDVD2 2.9.3.6 and AnyDVD 8.4.2.3, and it failed at 97% in both drives. Today, 1/1/2020, I tried it again, using CloneDVD2 2.9.3.6 and AnyDVD 8.4.2.3 on my newer Lenovo laptop, also running W10, and it copied!

AnyStream is having some DRM issues currently, Netflix is not available in HD for the time being.

Probably just means you cleaned the smudge off the disc.
