I want to buy AnyDVD HD and without the credit card option the only way is through coin. But all the websites I tried want me to upload a picture of my ID. I am not going to do that. So anyone know a good place to buy Litcoin or Bitcoin without having to use an ID.

Check coinatmradar for local vending machines to buy them. If there are any you could just set up a PC based wallet like electrum. Visit such a machine and buy some. Most likely only will require a credit card and maybe a phone number for a text verification

Binance should work without photo id. But you have to pay a premium.

I know this is an older post but I could really use some help with Binance. I have done a bunch of Goggle and contacting support and don't seem to be getting anywhere. I bought some litecoin and don't really understand how to use the Wallet at Binance to purchase ANYDVD. Binance support says it is not possible but that doesn't sound right to me.

Just install electrum-ltc on your PC. Transfer the Litecoin from binance to your electrum wallet ...
