Cant get Clone DVD Mobile to work

I have been using Clone dvd for some time and thought I would upgrade and am trying the trial version of any dvd 7.6.9.5 and trial version of Red Fox any dvd 8.3.6.0 and now it does not work.
When I want to rip dvd to hard drive and click on clone dvd it kicks out. Am running windows 10.
Any guidance on how I can get it working would be appreciated.
 
If you are using the AnyDVD HD ripper (which is not really recommended for DVDs, but that is just a side note), you do not need CloneDVD for this process. If you wish to use CloneDVD, which is the recommended approach for DVDs, you can just use CloneDVD after AnyDVD HD has done its job of scanning the DVD. Would you be able to attach a screenshot here, or send one to our support, so that we can get a better idea of what is happening and what "kicks out"?
Edit: Are you using CloneDVD or CloneDVD mobile?
