clonedvd mobile　字幕が途中から表示されない！

DVDをclonedvd mobileを使って、MP4変換したところ、字幕が途中（いづれも映像時間の半分あたり）
から表示されなくなります。
何か、設定の仕方がわるいのでしょうか？
