Still has this stop error.

Also still getting video that I can not jump to anywhere in the video, must play from beginning to end.
 
We are investigating this issue. At a first glance it looks like a problem with the destination drive, the output file location.
 
I encountered this same error and ended up on this topic.

last reported error: 'transcoder error 0x80070512' (6)​

My save-file destination was on a network share. When I changed the output directory to the local drive, this error did not occur. (Also, my output speed increased by an order of magnitude)

I hope this aids a future person who encounters this error.
