Hi!
Looking for a old XP graphics driver:
pci\ven_1002&dev_4c57&subsys_0600107b&rev_00

ATI Mobility Radion 7500
It's an old Gateway laptop model 600YGR. Early-mid 2000's era.

Any idea of a safe place to get that graphics driver?
Doing this one for a friend. Since I'm known to be "good with old PC's"

Overview

This document describes the steps necessary to install and configure the display drivers for the Gateway 600YGR, 600YG2, 450ROG, 450SX4, and 400SD4 in Microsoft Windows XP or Windows 2000.


Identification

If you have a Gateway 600YGR, 600YG2, 450ROG, 450SX4, or 400SD4 notebook computer and are running Windows XP or Windows 2000, install these display drivers.


Installation

1. The files extract to the C:\Cabs\9524026 folder.

2. In the C:\Cabs\9524026\folder, double-click Setup.exe.

3. In the ATI Windows XP Driver Setup dialog box, click Next.

4. In the License Agreement dialog box, click Yes.

5. Files copy.

6. In the ATI Windows XP Drivers Setup dialog box, select Yes, I want to restart my computer, and then click Finish.

7. The computer restarts and the video drivers are now installed.

8. When the computer restarts back into Windows, in the C:\Cabs\9524026\CPanel folder, double-click Setup.exe.

9. In the ATI Control Panel Setup dialog box, click Next.

10. In the License Agreement dialog box, click Yes.

11. In the Choose Destination Location dialog box, click Next.

12. Files copy.

13. In the ATI Control Panel Setup dialog box, select whether to create a shortcut or not.

14. In the ATI Control Panel Setup dialog box, select Yes, I want to restart my computer, and then click Finish.

15. The computer restarts and the ATI Control Panel is now installed.


Removal

1. In Windows XP, from the Start menu, click Control Panel. In Windows 2000, from the Start menu, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.

2. In Control Panel, click Add or Remove Programs.

3. In the Add or Remove Programs window, click ATI Display Driver, and then click Change/Remove.

4. In the ATI Uninstall dialog box, click YES to uninstall the driver.

5. In the ATI Uninstall dialog box, select Yes, I want to restart my computer, and then click Finish.

6. In Windows XP, from the Start menu, click Control Panel. In Windows 2000, from the Start menu, point to Settings, and then click Control Panel.

7. In Control Panel, click Add or Remove Programs.

8. In the Add or Remove Programs window, click ATI Control panel, and then click Change/Remove.

9. In the ATI Control Panel Setup dialog box, Remove and then click Next.

10. In the Confirm File Deletion dialog box, click OK.

11. In the ATI Control Panel Setup dialog box, select Yes, I want to restart my computer, and then click Finish.


Troubleshooting

If you are having difficulty during or after the driver installation, follow the removal procedure, and then re-install the drivers.


Reason for Update

This is the latest release of the driver. This driver resolves an issue where video may not completely redraw after logging into Windows if mouse trails are enabled.
