Win 7 sees both DVD drives but RedFox only sees one of them

I use 2 DVD drives - an ASUS and an LG. Windows Explorer and Device Manager both see both drives but RedFox only sees one of them and Windows won't play DVD movies on one of them. I haven't (knowingly) made any hardware or software changes (other than regular windows updates) since this problem surfaced. I've tried updating firmware & drivers but both drives were already current. Region codes and "remaining changes allowed" are identical on both drives.
2 months ago i did install X-Mouse Button Control (v2.16.1) but both drives have performed well since that change.
Any help or suggestions would be very appreciated!

AnyDVD logfile from a random disc, please. Please check in AnyDVD settings, that no drive is disabled.
