Subtitles missing when another Language is being spoken

Hi

I am new to this forum but have used ANYDVD and Clone Mobile DVD for several years.

The question I have is when I am copying my DVD when there are 2 languages being spoken for instance in the movie the great Wall. When the Japanese Characters are speaking there are no subtitles on the copy from Clone DVD Mobile but when I put the disc in my DVD player there are subtitles to show what they are saying has anyone else had this problem if so is there an answer.
