You're, of course, entitled to your own opinion but I expect the question will continue to come up as long as the size targets aren't met by such a large amount.

The software is all about ease of use so when it doesn't perform as expected (you set a target and it's not met) that will be seen as a failure. IMO
 
Same results here with CUDA, some ridiculous sizes.
And I, for one, see it like a BIG issue.
 
Then how about you provide a CloneBD logfile for starters?

Why yet another log file? Pretty much everything is known about the "phenomenon".
As I see it, Elby can't do anything about it anyway - nVidia does the encoding.
